We cannot take
Strung-and-played frames, opened cans, sweat on a mat.
Broken in transit
Photograph the carton and the piece the day it arrives. We replace or refund the damaged item.
Ask first
Email us the SKU and photos if the piece is marked. Do not post it back until we send a return number.
Pack and ship
Send to FLAT C, 9/F, KAM SHING INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 42 TAI LIN PAI ROAD, KWAI CHUNG, N.T., HONG KONG. Change of mind: you pay return freight. Faulty goods: we pay.
Refund
After inspection, usually within 10 working days, back to the original payment method.
