01
Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this site, sending an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our returns policy and privacy notice. If you do not accept them, do not order from us. Where a signed quotation or a written order confirmation contradicts these terms, that document wins for the order it covers.
-
02
This site is an enquiry showcase
There is no checkout, no basket and no card processing on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell at a displayed price, and nothing here takes payment. Product pages exist so you can see the range and ask questions. Every sale runs through email or WhatsApp and is settled against a formal invoice.
We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or one-time codes, and no page on this site will ever ask you for them.

03
Quotes and when a contract is formed
A quote is valid for 14 days unless it states otherwise. A contract is formed only when we send you a written confirmation or an invoice and you accept it by paying the deposit or the full amount stated. Until then, either side may walk away without liability.
Stock is not reserved by an enquiry. Frames are held once a deposit clears, and a restring slot is booked once the frame and the tension sheet are with us.
-
04
Prices, currency and validity
All prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude destination import duty, tax and clearance fees unless a quote says DDP in writing. Freight is quoted separately and depends on weight, dimension and destination. If a supplier price changes materially before your invoice is issued, we will tell you and re-quote rather than quietly adjust the total.
We may correct an obvious typographical error in a price before confirming an order.
-
05
Payment
We accept bank transfer to the account named on the invoice, and other methods only when the invoice says so. Goods are dispatched after funds clear. Any bank charge, intermediary fee or currency conversion cost is the buyer's. Do not send payment to an account that is not printed on our invoice, and check the reference we give you.

06
Stringing services
We restring frames at the tension you specify between 18 and 30 lbs. Above 30 lbs we will advise against it and may decline the job, because over-tension is a common cause of a cracked frame. We string to the tension on your written instruction with a tolerance of about one pound, and we record the gauge, string model and knot used.
A string that breaks in play is not a frame fault. Mis-hits near the frame, sharp or worn grommets, and knots that pull through are all normal string failure. If a grommet set is split when the frame reaches our bench we will tell you before we string, because a new bed will not survive a sharp hole.
A standard restring takes two working days once the frame is on the bench. Stringing does not extend the frame warranty, and it does not create a new 14-day return window.

07
Custom grip builds and monogram work
We can build a grip up by one or two sizes with sleeve and tape, and we can add a monogram or a club name to a bag or a butt cap. Both are made to your written instruction and both are non-returnable once work has started, because the item can no longer be sold to anyone else.
Spelling, size and colour come from your confirmation. Check the wording before you approve it. If we make a mistake against your written instruction we remake it at our cost; if the instruction itself was wrong, we will quote a remake.

08
Lead times, packing and shipping
Our standard lead time is three working days for packing after payment clears, plus transit. Frames that need stringing or a grip build take longer, and club orders are quoted individually. Transit estimates from the courier are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for a delay caused by customs, weather or a carrier.
Frames ship in a rigid carton with the head supported, bags are folded with padding at the hardware, and pressure balls travel in the original can inside a padded box.
-
09
Risk, title and delivery
Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier at origin. Title passes when we have received payment in full. Keep the tracking number and the delivery confirmation, because a claim for loss or damage needs both.
-
10
Import duty, tax and clearance
Unless a quote states DDP, the buyer is the importer of record and pays all duty, VAT, GST, brokerage and clearance charges in the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list you need, and we will help with paperwork, but we cannot clear goods in a country where we are not the importer.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned or returned by customs because duty was not paid, we refund the item price once the goods reach us and deduct the freight we paid in both directions.
-
11
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns follow our returns policy: a 14-day window from delivery, a return number before anything is posted, and a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days of inspection. A racket that has been strung, gripped and played cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty goods travel at our cost; change of mind travels at yours.
-
12
Frame warranty
Frames carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. A frame that cracks under normal play, with no clash mark, no over-tension history and no sign of abuse, is replaced with the same model or the nearest equivalent. The warranty covers the frame, not the string bed.
It does not cover a clash with another racket or a post, throwing the frame, sitting on the bag, stringing above 30 lbs, or damage from heat left in a car. String breakage is not a frame fault. Cosmetic wear to paint, a scuffed bumper guard or a polished grip are ordinary use, not defects.
-
13
Buyer's duty to inspect on delivery
Inspect the parcel on the delivery day. Check the carton for crushing, the frame for a cracked throat or a loose butt cap, the string bed for a broken or slack string, and the count of the items against the packing list. Photograph anything that looks wrong before you string or use it.
Report transit damage on the delivery day, and report a short delivery or a wrong item within three working days of receipt. A claim raised after the frame has been strung and played is very hard to assess, and we may have to decline it for that reason alone.
-
14
Product descriptions and batch variation
We describe frames, balls and kit as accurately as we can, with weights, head sizes, materials and lengths taken from the manufacturer and from our own bench. Paint finish, grip colour, bag hardware and printing can vary between production runs. Photographs show a representative item. A variation of this kind is not a defect and does not give rise to a return.

Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs and styling on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote a short passage with a link, and you may print a page for your own reference. You may not copy the site wholesale, resell our photography, or use our brand name in a way that suggests an endorsement we have not given.

16
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to scrape data at volume, probe for vulnerabilities, submit false enquiries, or impersonate another person. Do not send us unlawful content, malware or unsolicited bulk mail. We may block an address or refuse an order where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse.
-
17
Third-party links
Where we link to a courier, a federation rulebook or a manufacturer, that site is not under our control. We link because it helps, not because we endorse everything on it. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave us.
-
18
Disclaimer and limit of liability
Racket sport carries a risk of injury, and no frame, string or grip can remove it. Our advice on tension, grip size, balance and junior sizing is given in good faith and based on what you tell us; it is not a medical opinion and it is not a substitute for coaching. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost playing time or lost tournament fees.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
-
19
Force majeure
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control: typhoon, flood, port closure, customs action, carrier strike, factory shutdown, epidemic or a government restriction. If such an event continues for more than 60 days, either side may cancel the order and we will refund what has not been shipped.
-
20
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and the language of proceedings is English. Before starting proceedings, write to us and give us 30 days to resolve it; most problems are settled in one email.
-
21
Changes, severability, notices and contact
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when your invoice was issued, and the date at the foot of this page tells you when it last changed. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Notices to us go to the address and mailbox below, and notices to you go to the email or phone number on your order.
